Biography: Veronica Taylor, MSN, RN, WHNP-BC, C-EFM, is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner with Virginia Complete Care for Women in Richmond, Virginia, affiliated with Chippenham Hospital. She earned her Master of Science – Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to graduate school, Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University where she graduated with honors. Ms. Taylor provides evidence-based care centered on the patient and patient's family. She has nearly ten years of nursing experience and provides care for women at all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause. She has a background in labor and delivery, along with clinical experience in caring for patients before and after surgery in the fields of gynecology, joint, and spine. When she is not working, Ms. Taylor enjoys learning about agriculture and sustainability through gardening and canning. She also enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures.

Biography: Prescott Prillaman, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with OB/GYN Associates, affiliated with Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Prillaman earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia and served as chief resident in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at West Virginia University. Prior to medical school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at University of Virginia. Dr. Prillaman is board certified by and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. With more than 25 years of OB/GYN experience, he specializes in advanced, minimally invasive surgical techniques and was the first surgeon in the Central Virginia region to perform vaginal hysterectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and myomectomy procedures using the robotic da Vinci® Surgical System. In addition, Dr. Prillaman provides well woman care and treats a wide range of gynecologic and urogynecologic conditions, as well as managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies. He is a member of the Richmond Academy of Medicine, the Medical Society of Virginia and the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine. He has also participated in several research studies for a variety of OB/GYN issues including endometriosis, heavy menstrual flow, decreased libido, and menopausal symptoms .Outside of his practice, Dr. Prillaman enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

That's why I focus on giving you medical evidence, options and the tools to discern so you can make informed choices instead of telling you what to do. Whenever possible, I use telemedicine to help us come to you instead of you waiting in my office even during pregnancy. As a Navy brat we moved a lot. My family always envied people who had deep roots in their community. After practicing in Henrico for almost 25 years, I love that I am rooted. One of the most enriching aspects of my practice is the long-term relationships I have with women I respect and their families. Care Philosophy: My philosophy is to help women realize there is usually a simple fix for their urinary or bowel issues. Problems with vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence are SO common, but don't have to be. My team can help. Sometimes it's as easy as teaching them healthy bladder and bowel habits. The great thing about my field is that it's very symptom-focused, meaning that treatments can be as conservative or non-invasive as a woman desires depending on how much her symptoms bother her.

Care Philosophy: Ob-Gyn Associates' doctors and staff pride themselves on being genuine and courteous. These old-fashioned values seem simple but in our experience are rarely found. We treat our patients as we would want our family treated.

Biography: Linda Brown, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN with Virginia Complete Care for Women in Chester, Virginia. Originally from Aurora, Colorado, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Speech Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990. She later earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1994. She entered the Army as a Medical Corps Officer, and after completion of her internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, she served on staff at Darnall Army Community Hospital in Fort Hood, Texas. After leaving the Army in 2002, she entered private practice in Florida and moved to Virginia in 2004. Dr. Brown is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). She is an active staff member of Chippenham Hospital. Dr. Brown provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecologic care to women of all ages, including the care of adolescents. Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with her husband and two children who are in college.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Clary believes that every patient is an individual and that each treatment should be individualized to the patient. He also believes in educating patients so that they can help him to make the right decisions for them. As such, the relationship between patients and Dr. Clary is the most important aspect of his practice. He often says, ?if we don?t talk about it there is no way that I can treat it correctly."
